Pool maintenance interventions planning

The maintenance of a pool is different depending on if it is inside or outside. That’s why you can configure yourself the required interventions.
Overwintering, filter change, water pH check, pool walls cleaning, liner cleaning, edge tile maintenance, pool draining, retrun to service… and much more interventions can be preset from GEMA’s web interface.

After programing them, managers can assign every intervention to one or several technicians’ calendar (or even to service providers).

Online reports that can be redacted in offline mode

After referring to their planning on their GEMA account (from their smartphone or tablet), the technicians can take action.
If in doubt, they can refer to the operating procedures the team managers added to the task previously.

As a report app, GEMA enables them to enter their reports, and to add editable pictures.

The information is sent to the team manager as soon as the device is connected to the internet. Alerts can be configured to report non-compliances.

GEMA can also be used in other departments, as the app makes the green spaces and playground maintenance easier.
